South Africa defeated the hosts comfortably in the Test series and the tremors would have certainly be felt in the West Indies camp. But the good thing for them is that most of the players from that squad aren’t a part of this series. Some of the biggest names in West Indies cricket like Chris Gayle and Andre Russell are making their comeback with an eye on the T20 World Cup later this year.
The Proteas will be confident of putting up a good show, but their series defeat to Pakistan and earlier England would surely be on their minds.
