Jaffna Kings have picked up form after losing the opening game of the tournament by a big margin. They defeated Dambulla Giants and Kandy Warriors in their last two games, and look in terrific touch. They face another stern challenge after a day’s break, as they face the Colombo Stars. The Stars had one good outing, and lost another one. Their form looks shaky, and it isn’t the best of time to face a team like the Kings right now.

Rain gods could intervene partially, but perhaps we could see the game get completed. The temperatures in Colombo are around 25-30 degrees, and the conditions are perfect for a game of cricket if rain doesn’t intervene.

The track is beginning to lose its flat nature. The spinners will find more purchase as the game goes by, and the teams batting second can get on top if they play their cards right.
The Kings have some great individual talents and for fantasy managers, it would be suggestible to pick a majority of their players in the fantasy team. Some of the Colombo Stars players have been in good touch.
Wanindu Hasaranga: He picked up 5 wickets in 3 games, and is a pivotal contributor with the bat in the lower order. He is a top captaincy choice in the small leagues considering his recent form.
Avishka Fernando: One of Sri Lanka’s topmost batting talents in limited-overs cricket, Fernando has not been picked by a lot of people as fantasy team captain. In the mega leagues, one can take a gamble with his captain.
Dhananjaya de Silva: The in-form all-rounder has picked up 3 wickets in 2 overs, and before the start of the tournament, he was scoring a lot of runs with the bat. He is a good option for vice-captaincy.
Jayden Seales: The highest wicket-taker in the tournament right now, Jayden Seales has picked up 7 wickets in just 3 outings. He is an absolute bargain for his price, which stands at 8.5 credits right now.
Upul Tharanga: The experienced Sri Lankan opener is yet to get going in the tournament, but fantasy managers can invest on him, as he adds a lot of value to the team at just 8.5 credit points.
Rahmanullah Gurbaz: The Afghanistani batter has a career strike rate of 148, and is capable of picking up some crucial runs for the side. At 8.5 credits, he is a worthy addition to the side.
